Why a Trustee? I have been involved in Youth Rugby for girls as well as boys for all of my time with NLD and while Chair of the RDP I was asked to become a Trustee to ensure continuity on the board. Supporting the youth age groups is key to individuals playing as adults.
Rugby Philosophy We are here to support young players to play to the highest level they wish to achieve and in so doing develop life skills that they hold for all time.
